Witnesses were a type of special ghost that could be raised by a witch or demon using the power of a witch with the Rising of the Witnesses spell. They can be considered to be high-tier ghosts. They can be banished and put to rest with the anti-counter to the Rising of the Witnesses spell.

- Dimensional Travel - They can travel in and out of dimensions, from the physical world and the world of the dead. They broke one of the sixy-six seals to Lucifer's cage.

- Teleportation - They can appear and disappear out of thin air at the speed of thought.
- Intangibility - They can phase through solid matter and solidness at will.
- Cyrokinesis - They can make the air run cold and create ice crystals on glass.
- Telekinesis - They can manipulate the trajectory of objects with their minds.
