Changes: Witch Torturing Spell

This spell can be used to torture a witch until death. Rowena used it to torture Olivette until near her death.

Procedure

The user must prepare a bowl fulled with children bones and an amount of red powder made from unknown ingredients. A Latin incantation must be recited before the mixture ignited:

"Cruciatus letumque. Crucianti!"

The target will immediately cough up a large amount of blood. However, with a simple gesture, the user is capable of stopping the effects of this spell.
