Raphael creates a thunderstorm.

With Weather manipulation, the user can at least manipulate, if not conjure, Earth's weather. A sub-form of this is temperature manipulation, in which the practitioner can make it warmer or colder.

Characters with this ability

Unlimited weather manipulating

DeathWeather

Death creates a storm while raising the dead.

Common weather control

  • Angels (limited) - They can influence the weather to some degree. For example, Castiel caused severe winds after being summoned by Dean and Bobby.
  • Azazel - Azazel could cause irregular winds, thunder storms, and massive temperature fluctuations. He is the only demon ever to show any form of weather control.

Below-average wielders

  • Madge and Edward Carrigan (limited)
  • Reapers (very limited) -Reapers can cause sudden gusts of wind when they arrive.

Objects with this ability

Characteristics

Electricity

Archangels can create lightning in the form of intense storms. Azazel was also able to cause storms, merely by his presence. Just by resurrecting the dead, or more specifically, walking around, Death caused intense lightning storms.

Water

Archangels can create water-based anomalies, like raging rainstorms or tsunamis, as can Death.

Air

Both Death and Lucifer can control the air. Death can create hurricanes, as can Lucifer, but he typically summons tornadoes. Azazel's presence caused sudden gusts of wind.

Temperature

Lucifer can negativity alter the fluctuation of temperature, being able to make things extremely cold, and Madge and Edward (as Gods of the Winter Solstice) can generate mild weather. Azazel's presence is enough to cause massive temperature fluctuations, in the area that he's in. Both ghosts and Leshi are able to cause the temperature to drop, but only in the room that they are in (Leshi may be able to do more as it was posing as a ghost at the time).
