Walter was born in Ireland and was inducted into the Men of Letters organization on September 12th, 1939, the same day of induction of Edward Durbin II. His job was to work on the detailed analysis done by the Men of Letters.
Walter was probably slaughtered by Knight of Hell Abaddon when she wiped out the entire American Men of Letters Chapter.
