Victor Henriksen was an FBI agent whose job was to track down and arrest the Winchester brothers. During the course of the series, Henriksen was able to arrest Sam and Dean twice. The second time, he learned that the things the boys hunted were real and helped them escape a demon ambush, only to be killed by Lilith.
Agent Henriksen appeared for the first time in the episode Nightshifter, where he and other agents took charge of local police in an attempt to free the people supposedly taken hostage by the Winchester brothers. Henriksen was confident that he had Sam and Dean cornered, but they escaped. Later, in the episode Folsom Prison Blues, Henriksen succeeded in capturing the brothers, but it was a Pyrrhic victory, as the brothers had set themselves up to be captured. By the end of the episode, with the help of their lawyer and prison guard, Sam and Dean escaped his clutches yet again.
In the episode Jus In Bello, Agent Henriksen captured Sam and Dean again, this time because of a tip made by Bela Talbot. Possessed by a demon, Henriksen shot an unsuspecting sheriff. Once the demon was exorcised shortly after by Sam, Henriksen realized that the Winchester brothers weren't murderers after all and teamed up with them to defeat a demon invasion of the police station. In the aftermath, he let them go, making it seem that they died in a fire to get the law off their backs once and for all. He and Dean also bonded, discovering that they are very similar with Henriksen admitting that he's frustrated with his job and only saving a few people and is envious of the Winchesters going around saving people everyday. After Sam and Dean left, Henriksen was tortured to death by a demon named Lilith.
Henriksen appeared again in Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester as one of the Witnesses. Henriksen first appeared to Sam in a gas station blaming him for Lilith killing him and attacked him until Dean shot him and he disappeared. Later Victor attacked Dean in the kitchen and revealed that Lilith took forty-five minutes killing him and the others and he was the last. Victor then stabbed Dean through the chest angrily stating it wasn't fair the latter got a second chance until Sam stopped him. Eventually Victor Henriksen was put back to rest when Dean completed the ritual to remove the Witnesses.
His death was avenged when Sam killed Lilith.
