Re: Knight of Hell

Just to let you know, I'm not angry or anything. FTWinchester (talk) 02:56, June 14, 2013 (UTC)

I should've written in the summary. I moved that point to Julian Richings' page. Death trivia should contain trivia about Death, right?RaghavD Taking the ROAD less travelled 15:53, June 14, 2013 (UTC)

It's not an irrelevant quote. The quote is from The French Mistake, where they are actually Jensen and Jared. Remember? There aren't any Sam quotes that describe his "personality"RaghavD Taking the ROAD less travelled 17:29, June 26, 2013 (UTC)

Re: (RMS) Titanic

Yea, no worries. Besides, more people are probably more familiar with just Titanic. FTWinchester (talk) 11:55, July 11, 2013 (UTC)

Really really sorry for the late response--my interest for the show was dying then so I wasn't that frequently checking the wikia anymore. Anyway, here it is:  Kean - 3454-0796-0428 FTWinchester (talk) 12:29, April 6, 2014 (UTC)

Added ya, Sammy. Now be a good little brother and send me all yer pogeymanz.

Sounds interesting. What other shows do you watch? I'm hyped on Game of Thrones 4 now, on the finale of Angel 2, may rewatch Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Supernatural 1-5 (I'm still a die-hard fan of the Kripke Era, a.k.a., the only canon era). I'm also waiting for Legend of Korra 3. FTWinchester (talk) 12:30, April 8, 2014 (UTC)

Shut up, Sam!! My shows are great. They're compelling (In before, "You watch Oprah?" and "Dr. Sexy M.D."). >:(

Kidding.

Sounds great--I heard so many good things about that show--I'll take a look at it as soon as I'm done with Angel. I just started season 3 now. Buffy is geared for girls so there are really cheesy moments but it's really great show that only got more epic as it went by (unlike our Supernatural which went downhill). Not to mention its action and fight scenes trump possibly everything in Supernatural. Plus, a lot of themes and actors were explored by that show and its spin-off, too, so it's really nice. Possibly the only live-action series of the horror/mystery/(dark) fantasy genre I think is on par (if not better) than Supernatural.

Korra 1 sucked really bad but Korra 2 was amazing and epic. It explored the story of the first avatar and the spirit world. It muddled the origin stories a bit but stylistically and thematically, it is really superior to the first season, and on the same level of the original series lore-wise. Trust me.

Don't worry, I got my own sources on streaming.

What's your party Pokemon like? Favorite bro mons? FTWinchester (talk) 20:33, April 9, 2014 (UTC)

That was a joke, come on, man. I was just playing with you 'cause you share the same name with Sam.

I never really took interest in Angel because it seemed more aimed towards girls (did you see Jensen's moves?)

Wait, what? Angel is David Boreanaz while Jensen is Dean? Regardless, even Supernatural was geared for fangirl pandering eventually--wincest, destiel, killing off the good female characters. Even then, a guy won't feel out of place watching those shows. Sure, I'll hit you up when I finally get the chance! You haven't answered my questions about Pokemon, though. FTWinchester (talk) 01:09, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

I know of Dark Angel, yea, but I was talking about the Buffy spin-off, Angel. That cleared the confusion. Oh no, I just mean the action scenes. Like honestly, Buffy and Angel could boast fight scenes that last at least five minutes whereas Supernatural barely has any. But in terms of story, all (not ocunting Supernatural 6 onwards) are equally epic and enjoyable.

I've been playing since Gen 1, but I don't consider myself a genwunner. I also have several favorites. Machamp is my main bro, and others include Nidoking, Aggron, Rhyperior, Gyarados, Braviary, Ferrothorn, Togekiss, Kingdra, Electivire, Beartic, Pangoro, Emboar, Sawk, Gothitelle, Milotic, Venusaur, Torterra, Sceptile, Greninja to name a few lot. But I'm sure there are others I failed to mention. FTWinchester (talk) 02:49, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

You mean the Big Bads? Buffy started the term for a reason, bro. I don't want to spoil you so much but here's a brief description on each of the Big Bads:

1 - Ancient Vampire King

2 - Ancient Vampire King's greatest sires/warriors (including a badass vampire and an insane vampire seer)

3 - Old One (a pure ancient demon)

4 - Cybernetic demon

5 - Hell Goddess

6 - Most powerful witch in the western hemisphere (later the whole mortal dimension)

7 - The First Evil (primal force that is the source and reason for evil)

How's that for increasing ante and power scale? Ours kind of fell flat after Leviathans. Scribe of God? Several nameless angels wanting power for themselves? Knight of Hell whose power keeps getting nerfed to make the challenge believeable against a glorified crossroads demon? Meh. Of course do take into consideration this happened more than a decade before Supernatural so the effects won't be that good--but the sets, oh God the sets. They have sets tailored specifically just to get blown up for the fight. The shows also have larger ensembles, so I can't promise you the A++ Dean and Sam bonding (nothing can beat that), but there are several strong equivalents.

I like all the starters. I used to count all of them as my favorite, but not anymore. I like Greninja but not to the point that I carry it all the time. Mostly just for unpredictability in the BS Maison. FTWinchester (talk) 03:13, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

I myself wouldn't have checked out Buffy if Supernatural producer Bobby Singer himself said in an interview that he liked the show. Plus a lot of the writers of our show also worked on Buffy previously. Do you think I should watch Attack on Titan or just read the manga?

Yup. I used to share that image on starters as well. But as it turns out there is always at least one mon of the same type that does a better job. Same here, goodnight! Stay awesome. FTWinchester (talk) 03:29, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

I forgot a very crucial piece of information: Buffy herself can carry her weight and possibly even win in a snark-off with Dean. I promise there are lots of parallels between Supernatural and the Buffyverse.

Here's a link with Singer's quote:

SINGER : I thought BUFFY had a great cast, and we used Amber Benson. I’d like to get Spike [James Marsters] on our show. I never thought I would particularly like BUFFY, but my wife got me hooked on it, and I was hooked on him. Plus, that series was so well written. It was so smart.

Just for additional info: Amber Benson was the good vampire Lenore from Seasons 2 and 6, while James Marsters became the powerful Don Stark of Season 7.

Anyway, it's just cause I saw a whole bunch of manga in a nearby bookstore so I was just curious if it was really different from the anime. FTWinchester (talk) 14:11, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

Oh, no. Supernatural still is its own show, but since both shows are on the same genre, there will always be similarities. Plus Buffy is considered by most to be the seminal work, so without it, we probably won't have Supernatural exactly like we had.

Right, okay. I've actually done research on the series way before (just like how I know what will happen to Supernatural 5 2 years before I actually started watching), and I gotta say Attack on Titan is interesting. I just need the time for it. FTWinchester (talk) 18:25, April 11, 2014 (UTC)

Good luck on your endeavor on being an admin! I think we need it too, since RaghavD hasn't been active recently, I think? Or even Imperiex himself. FTWinchester (talk) 10:40, April 19, 2014 (UTC)

I know. It's truly a shame. I lost all my drive in editing and whatnot. Even my future plans for the wikia fell apart. Also, please see my latest comment on my blog. Just an observation about the episode Meta FictionFTWinchester (talk) 02:24, April 24, 2014 (UTC)

That's great! I promise you it just keeps getting better and better as seasons go by. I'm on Angel 4 now and let me tell you, the apocalypse arc here is great. Once you finish Buffy, Angel is a must since it continues the story of the other characters. Plus they mesh well together and have really great converging plot points. However, now I feel bad because I haven't started Titan yet. It's partly because I'm also engrossed in Korra 4 now. Anyway, happy halloween! Stay awesome FTWinchester (talk) 04:49, October 31, 2014 (UTC)

How are you doing? ls ORAs good? FTWinchester (talk) 16:32, November 25, 2014 (UTC)

Thanks! No need to lie about me and my contributions, though. I don't know why you guys keep saying that? Lol. I guess the opportunity and my willingness never really came by together? And yeah, I do hope the community starts picking up the citations--I really think it would be a great addition in making our articles better.

I haven't picked up the game yet. I could at any time, but I dunno. I guess it's because my best friends aren't picking it up and I'm the only one in my area I know that still actually plays the game? Also, are you still watching Buffy? FTWinchester (talk) 03:26, November 26, 2014 (UTC)

I agree, it's kind of sad, no? Annoying at times even. If they worked together, this could have been a better place. I remember when back in Season 8, RaghavD and I had a friendly "race" in creating the new articles and covering subjects that were skipped before. Boy, those were fun but productive. Anyway, I don't want to add more fuel to the dying fire. And, thanks for showing your support on the citation! I hope it gets traction soon!

I know. I've tried that, but honestly, nothing beats having a really good friend close by you play the game as well. And I hope you get it soon! I'm still not sure which version to get. I like certain exclusives on both versions.

Oh no. No rush at all. I just wanted to know if you are still enjoying Buffy. I'm glad you do! I used to watch The Walking Dead, too, but it kind of felt too slow for me. 5(?) seasons in and they still don't even have a plan about the cure or anything? It doesn't make much sense to me, it's like they are drawing it out. Plus the zombies aren't exactly there all the time. It's drama the show focuses more on. Later! FTWinchester (talk) 12:25, November 26, 2014 (UTC)

I know right! In a lot of episodes, I realized how much Supernatural was inspired by Buffy. Plus, it helped me understand a lot of references to Buffy that Supernatural had made in the past, especially that of Lucy and HarmonyFTWinchester (talk) 02:43, November 28, 2014 (UTC)

There will never be a Supernatural Buffy the Vampire Slayer crossover, where the blondes (Dean, Buffy and Spike) have a snark-off, and the dark-haired folks (Sam, Faith and Angel) will never have a moping "I need to redeem myself" session. Why even live? FTWinchester (talk) 01:13, December 1, 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, I suppose I should be happy we actually had a slayer in Supernatural, and that she also played a hunter role. Also, thanks for adding info to the music page. FTWinchester (talk) 03:18, December 2, 2014 (UTC)

Question.

Not counting our Wikia icon problem, I don't know the last time I talked to you. Definitely been a stretched amount of time. But, before I plunk anywhere, I notice that you're active and I really appreciate all the work you do. Anyway, down to business. Could you give me your views on the following? How was Castiel able to grow a beard? I thought such things for an occupied vessel (peeing, pooping, coughing, burping, sneezing, farting, etc) is quashed, or disallowed. Do archangels face any type of damage after a Fall? Lucifer didn't convey to be at all lower in strength because of the Fall. Lucifer (obviously not counting God or Death) was unsurpassable, even in a Plan B vessel, until late in the last episode where he confronted Michael. So if that was Lucifer weakened from the Fall, of my fuc**** goodness, I can't imagine what he'd look like at full power. However, the illusion of Gabriel that Metatron used in "Meta Fiction" implied that Falling does dimple their powers to an unspecified degree. Do you think Jesse could've opened the cage by telling it to open if he wanted? And although Ruby's knife can hurt him, I mean, he could accomplish virtually any feat just by speaking. And, Jesse says, "Let there not be light" and the whole Earth goes dark. ha ha By how often you're editing these days, you're making my job, as an admin, a lot easier. -- ImperiexSeed, 12:45 PM, May 2nd 2014

You've not gotten into season nine yet.. Well, not trying to ruin anything, but he was without grace there and that's why, cause, as a powerless angel, he functions as human. Last season. He grew a beard sometime in Purgatory and shaved it days after returning. I'm not illating; powerless Castiel makes a statement in season nine that's enough conclusive evidence to support that occupied vessels not needing to pee, poop, cough, etc. On the subject, Sam says that emasculated Cas was "sorta" breathing in "The Song Remains the Same," however Dean suspects that angels don't need to breathe in "Meet The New Boss." Sadly, this subject is very discrepant; demon-possessed Bobby says that Michael "booted Lucifer's ass to the basement," however Ruby says that Lucifer first twisted Lilith into the first demon and THAT'S when he got locked up by Michael. Azazel was needed; Lucifer couldn't have used Jesse to pull his cage open cause he wasn't born yet. -- ImperiexSeed, 8:07 PM, May 2nd 2014

Maybe not necessarily need to (as a mandation), but I enjoy going as deep as possible. :) And writers go deeper then you might think sometimes. Nope, I hold Jesse according to the show's standard not lore's. And besides, Christian belief in regards to anti-christs are very different than Kripke's approach; in the show, the anti-christ is the result of a human and demon, in vessel, breeding. The anti-christs that are talked about in the Bible are incarnations of Lucifer like Jesus is for God. Anyway. They weren't at all that restrictive with specifics; overall, whatever Jesse verbalized happened, so that's why I asked the question do you think he could open Lucifer's cage just by telling it to. I mean, if he's powerful enough to at char at least all regular angels to dust with a word, there's very little that he wouldn't be able to do. -- ImperiexSeed, 5:58 PM, May 3rd 2014

Unneeded category

Sorry, but we don't need a "Deceased' category and an 'alive' category; if there isn't a 'deceased' category on a page, then they're alive. So I just deleted that unnecessary category page. Thanks, though, for your contribution. -- ImperiexSeed, 8:48 PM, November 4th 2014

Hey, EmpyreanSmoke here. I would like to talk to you in private. Do you have a Facebook, Twitter, Kik, or other way we could communicate privately? I would go on chat, but I can't, as I am blocked. Thanks in advance.
