My biggest one is does Jefferson Rooney have any kind of connection (biological) to Jack. Yes, Jack is Lucifer's son as he inherited grace that mixed with his soul. But Jefferson (his body) still was used in the creation. (Trying to stay pg-13 in my descriptions). It's not stated that children bore from a possessed human isn't their. By logic as Jefferson was not stated to be sterile, Lucifer simply passed his own essence with Jefferson DNA. This isn't an opinion but basic sex education. It's also not like Lucifer completely replaced all of Jefferson's DNA with his own. It is canon possessed people can be altered by whatever was inside the vessel, leftover grace, demon blood while possessing the host, ectoplasm from ghost possess etc.
