This unnamed man was encountered by Castiel shortly after being banished by Lady Toni Bevell.

In Keep Calm and Carry On, this man is driving along a road when Castiel, having been banished by Lady Toni Bevell, crashes through a billboard and crashes into a field. The man is stunned by the appearance of Castiel in such a manner and tells him that he is about three hours from Lebanon. Castiel then puts the man to sleep, steals his truck and drives off.
