Tracy Davis is a six hundred year old witch and sister to Don Harding. The two raise Samhain on Halloween.
Background
She poses as a high school student while waiting for the time to come so they can raise Samhain. Not to mention she is a powerful witch. She was involved with both of the murders that happened before Halloween. The first victim, she babysat their kid, and planted a hex bag. She killed the dad of the kid she baby sited. The second victim was at a party that Tracy was attending and she planted a hex bag in the sofa. Her friend Jenny was bobbing for apples and her head got stuck and the water started to boil. She drowned and her head got covered in blisters. Sam and Dean later interview her on what happened. They get suspicious of her and begin to investigate her.
Samhain snapping Tracys neck
When she is about to become the third victim, Sam and Dean save her, only to find out that she is a witch. She reveals to them that Don was her brother and how she wanted to kill him. So she completes the ritual with her brother as the third victim. Samhain rises and she greets him with open arms. As she goes for a kiss, Samhain repays for her loyalty by snapping her neck, killing her straightaway and calls her "Whore" before walking off, leaving Tracy's corpse behind.

- Spell Casting - Due to being a witch, Tracy has extended knowledge in the use of spells and hex bags, as seen when she summoned Samhain with a spell.
- Hexing - Due to being an old witch, she has absolute knowledge of hex bags, and uses this to kill others.
- Telekinesis - She can move objects with her will, she uses this to knock down Sam and Dean.
- Immortality - She has found a way to stay young for a while, due to her actual age being 600 years old.
