The Three Gods were the deities worshipped by the Calusa tribe.
History[]
The Calusa tribe worshipped the Three Gods. When Christian missionaries came, they tried to convert the tribe to worshipping God alone, insisting that the Three Gods were actually the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. However, the Calusa rejected this and thanked the Three Gods for what they were given.
In 2008, the Last Calusa sang the tribe's vengeance to the Three Gods and performed a rain dance to summon a powerful thunderstorm.
