Terrance Clegg was a FBI Agent-turned-Human organ dealer for Monsters.

History

At some point, he learned about monsters existence and all sorts of hunters' jobs in hunting them. Realized around tens to hundreds of thousands of monster population in the United States, he later knew the potential for "additional revenue" through his "side job" as human organ dealer. He claimed to Sam that, with doing this, he can keep monsters at bay and not attacking humans, since their need of food supply of human flesh still supplied. With aid of The Harvester, he later hunted many people that deemed never be missed, like runaways, drifters, etc.

Later, he established a dark site using TOR technology. With the dark site, he opened of auction where monsters can bid for human flesh.

Besides that, due to his involvement in both of FBI and monsters community, he also learned well about The Winchester Family existence and their actions. He also called them as "legends".

Season 13

After Wendy Hanscum went missing, he showed up in Oshkosh, Nebraska. Initially, he shared his findings of his so-called "Butterfly" serial abductor that he had been pursued for 12 years to Sam, Dean, Donna Hanscum, and Doug Stover.

Somehow, he planted false evidence to Pastor Don Hankey for covering his involvement and made him being accused. In interrogation, he also trying to unearth the pastor dark past to strengthen his accusation. However, Don Hankey easy going manner and his repeated asking for lawyer make him irritated. He tried to coerce him, but Sam able to stop him from went further. Donna later interrogated the pastor, where he later told her about his innocence. Sam later suggested starting again the investigation into where it started, Manny's Truck Stop Cafe.

Meanwhile, in Manny's Truck Stop Cafe, Dean learned about strange facts from a Trucker and a Street Glass Cleaner. Pointed to Marlon as a possible suspect, he was visited by hunter Dean Winchester and Officer Doug Stover seeking information. Pretending to know nothing more than anyone else using Clegg's website aside from the fact that he turned people over to Clegg, Marlon showed Dean and Doug Clegg's website after Dean got violent.

However, it is just a trap. Marlon later turned Doug. But he later can be neutralized by Donna. When the Winchester going separated, Terrance caught Sam and bring him to The Harvester' lair. Here, he revealed about his true nature to Sam and told his reason to did this.

Fortunately, before all went too late, Dean showed up and killed Terrance by a fatal shot to his heart. With Donna could kill The Harvester in the same time, Terrance illicit operation ended.

Appearances
