Why Can They Still Teleport?

Does anyone know? I can't think of any reason. They have to feed on human souls of survive without Heaven's power, so obviously they're less powerful than seraphs, who where affected by the Fall, and as such are nowhere near archangels, who I think weren't affected, but they're nigh-omnipotent and were both trapped on the single(second) most powerful magical prison in the universe( surpassed only by what God threw Amara into), and yet the Grigori were unaffected.
