I was thinking of the similarities, but whereas creatures of Oz are aligned with the fairy world, Gorilla-wolves are aligned to Purgatory. In hindsight, the staff must have recycled the graphics of the Gorilla-wolves, slapped some wings on and called them Flying monkeys. FTWinchester (talk) 12:13, November 14, 2013 (UTC)
