Summary
Swan Song is the name of the finale of Season 5 and is the episode in which Lucifer is either defeated or by means of the four personal rings of The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, bringing a halt to the Apocalypse and restoring peace to the Earth or he destroys Michael and then the Earth. The official description for the episode reads:
"The showdown between good and evil is at hand. With the Apocalypse looming, Sam and Dean realize they are out of options and make heart-breaking decisions that will change their lives forever. A beloved character faces death."
