Super Speed

Super speed is the ability to move at extraordinary physical speed.

Characters with this ability

Refers to characters (or races) so fast they only appear as a blur.

Leviathans - Leviathan can move incredibly fast. Dick was able to get from his top-floor office to the main floor, out the door and shoot Bobby before him and the boys could leave in their car.
Acheri - A quite uncommon demon ability, acheri can move so fast it's almost as if they're shimmering from one place to another.
Ghosts - Ghosts can move from place to place at startling high speeds.
Leshi - Assuming the nature of a ghost, Leshi could move at startling fast speeds.
Mercury - He could move faster than the human eye.
Shtriga - Able to move at an incredible pace.
Rakshasa - They move really fast, appearing a mist-like blur.
Eve - Eve could move at incredible speeds.
Loki - He was able to speed across a hotel hallway.
Lucifer - He was able to speed Rowena into a wall in the bunker.

Refers to characters (or races) who can move at incredible speeds, so much that they seem to move from place to place in the blink of an eye.

Alpha Vampire - He is faster than normal vampires, and is as one of the fastest characters to appear.
Crocotta - They have superior speed to humans, able to suddenly appear out of nowhere.
Djinn - Djinns can move incredibly fast, able to suddenly appear and ambush others.
Dragons - Able to fly at extreme velocities, it seems they just appear out of nowhere.
Kappa - Kappas can move at high speeds, and are much faster than humans.
Wendigos - Fierce hunters, and vicious, the Wendigo can move extremely quickly, especially at night.
Kohonta - They are able to move at inhuman speeds, they are even able to move at incredible speeds even while running on all fours.

Arachne - They're fast, agile, and nimble as spiders are.
Ghouls - Ghouls are said to move faster than humans, at least enough to escape unseen after a surprise attack.
Jefferson Starships - Considering they are a hybrid, consisting of many monsters, they possess superhuman speed akin to a Vampire's.
Kitsune - Relies mostly on speed when making its kills.
Rawhead - A rawhead quickly disappeared after his first attack on Sam and Dean.
Rugaru - Speed is important to a rugaru. Being fast allows them to stalk and catch their prey.
Shapeshifters - Shapeshifters seem to be able to run faster than humans; on several occasions, shapeshifters have managed to easily escape from pursuers. One was able to run faster than a gun could be aimed.
Skinwalker - In dog form, they, as they're dogs, can run faster than a man could.
Vampires - They possess enhanced speed, and are exponentially faster than any normal human.
Werewolf - They are able to achieve great speeds.

When moving at superhuman speeds, the practitioner often appears as a faint streak and sometimes even a blur. Oddly, ghosts are able to move quickly.
