After being exorcised from the Burly Man, Slick possesses this girl in order to continue going after the Monster Box.
As Slick approaches John Winchester and Mary Campbell, he is hit by Carlos Cervantez's van and trapped in a salt circle by Carlos. On Carlos' prompting, John performs an exorcism, expelling Slick from the girl. Carlos tells John that, as a new vessel, she should survive with only a broken leg or two from being hit by the van.
