Singer Salvage Yard, known as B&E Salvage in another timeline was the salvage yard that surrounded the home of the Singer family. Due to being the surrounding area of Bobby's home since he was a child, it has existed since or before the 1950s.

It is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and was where Dean Winchester repaired the Impala whenever it was damaged, when Bobby killed his father, he buried Ed behind the woodshed.

History[]

At some point before 1950, Ed Singer acquired a house in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with his wife and their eventual son which included the scrapyard where it also became the home of many broken down and destroyed cars.

In November, 2006, Sam and Dean Winchester visited Bobby though they were interrupted by the demon Meg who saw Rumsfeld, Bobby's dog who whimpered causing Bobby to go see what was wrong.[1]

After the car crash, the Impala was damaged and in need of repair, it was taken to the salvage yard where Dean spent the week at Bobby's repairing it as a way to deal with the death of his father, John Winchester. When Sam confronted his brother over his feelings on the situation, Dean insisted he was fine though further destroyed the Impala by smashing a window and hitting the back of it once Sam was gone.[2]

When Sam and Dean returned to reunite with Bobby after Sam had been resurrected, Bobby took Dean outside to demand answers on how Sam was back alive upon hearing the latter believe Bobby had patched his wounds despite them being deep enough to be fatal. During their conversation, they came across Ellen Harvelle who had survived the explosion of the Roadhouse due to being out.[3]

During Bela Talbot's disappearance, Bobby spoke on the phone with Dean in the yard where he told him to contact the hunter Rufus Turner, who was an acquaintance of Bobby's that would have some leads on the woman Dean was looking for.[4]

After being resurrected, Dean returned to the salvage yard where he walked into Bobby's house to reunite with him and his brother.[5]

When Lilith broke the seal containing the Rising of the Witnesses, two spirits of children confronted Bobby and cornered him out into the salvage yard where he was then forced into one of the dismantled cars only to be rescued by Sam.[6]

Upon learning that Anna Milton was an angel, she and Ruby sat in the yard discussing humanity.[7]

Despite having been detoxed, Sam eventually succumbed to the withdrawals in wanting more demon blood and attempted to steal a car though was almost stopped by Bobby who was then knocked out by the younger Winchester. That following morning, Bobby spoke with Dean, who was working in the yard, regarding Sam and admitted he had a lead on Sam.[8]

Dean and Bobby found themselves fighting off zombies in the yard after Karen Singer, among others, had been brought back from the dead, they were saved by Sam. [9]

While looking for Death, Castiel helped Bobby place his items in a van while Sam and Dean made their own preparations.[10]

In the aftermath regarding the confrontation at Stull Cemetery in which Sam pulled Adam Milligan into hell with him during their times as the vessels for Lucifer and Michael, Bobby and Dean said their goodbyes to each other out in the salvage yard.[11]

In an attempt to find help for needing to dispose of the body of an Okami, Rufus made his way to Bobby's where the two buried the body underground in the yard. When Sheriff Jody Mills and FBI Agent Adams appeared regarding Rufus, Bobby claimed he did not know Rufus and once alone with Jody, Bobby admitted he had buried the Okami but that there was also the body of another woman inside the house that had been the vessel of a demon he used to extract information on Crowley.[12]

Due to Dean needing to step in to perform Deaths' duties for an entire day who in turn promise to recover Sam's missing soul, Sam attempted to stop his brother from completing his part of the deal only for Dean to get to the ring first which had been buried in the yard.[13]

Ten days after Sam had been given his soul back, Dean and Bobby discussed whether or not to tell the truth to Sam about the past year that he had forgotten about. When the brothers went to work on a case, they met back outside with Bobby who claimed he would stay back and repair his phones.[14]

After the Impala was possessed and crashed by Rose Brown, Dean worked on it much to his dismay on their case not being a full victory though Sam points out that they did well in stopping Lucifer and getting his soul back while drinking beer by the car.[15]

In the alternate timeline, Singer Salvage Yard was known as B&E Salvage named after Bobby and Ellen.

In the alternate timeline, Singer Salvage Yard was known as B&E Salvage named after Bobby and Ellen.

Due to Balthazar's interference with time in which he stopped the Titanic from sinking, the Singer Salvage Yard was changed to B&E Salvage due to Bobby and Ellen being married. It was then corrected and returned back to its original name when the angel was forced to sink the ship and the yard was where Sam and Dean woke up in once back in their actual time.[16]

Dean, needing to know the location of Ben and Lisa Braedan, tortured a few demons for information while Sam waited outside only to be saved by Castiel when a demon escaped.[17]

Without Castiel, Sam, Dean and Bobby regrouped out in the yard in an effort to find Castiel much to no success. While outside, Dean and Bobby repaired and painted the Impala while Sam was dealing with his hallucinations. Later that night, Sam then prayed for Castiel outside.[18]

When Bobby's house was then burned to the ground by the Leviathan Edgar, Sam and Dean searched the outside for their surrogate father though found no indication he had died in the destruction but once they were discovered by Edgar, the three engaged in a fight with Dean's bullets not doing any damage though the creature was then crushed by a car dropped by Sam from a lift though unaware to him and Dean, the Leviathan did not die.[19]

Angered by the way Ed treated him as a child, Bobby murdered his father and buried the body outside.[20]

After Bobby's death, Sam and Dean summoned Crowley to the salvage yard who reminisced about the place when he saw Bobby's car. Moments later, the three engaged in a deal in which Crowley would get the demon tablet and the brothers would get the angel tablet only for the Winchesters to double-cross the demon by using devil trap infused handcuffs to trap Crowley where they took him away for the third trial.[21]

During Sam and Dean's expedition into the apocalypse word in an effort to get their mother, Mary Winchester and Jack Kline back home with the rest of the resistance, they were taken to the salvage yard though it was not located in Sioux Falls due to the alternate Bobby's fondness for warmer weather.[22]
