Scott Parker was a college student that went to the same school as Michael Wheeler, Brian Wilcox, and Kate, whom he antagonized on a regular basis. Scott made the fatal mistake of harassing Micheal after Micheal had been turned into a werewolf.
History
One day, as Brian Wilcox was filming himself and his friends after class, Scott bumped into Brian, making him drop his camera. Michael quickly moved to come to Brian's defense and called Scott an asshat. Scott threateningly asked Michael to repeat himself, but he was pulled back by one of his friends and Mike by Kate before a fight could break out.
One night, Scott was making out with a girl under some bleachers when he became too frisky with her and was pushed away. While angrily watching the girl leave, he heard a noise and saw that Michael and Brian had been filming the interaction. Michael and Brain quickly fled, and Scott chased after them.
After a local was killed, Scott gathered three of his friends to patrol the neighborhood and look for the "animal" that was responsible. Scott stumbled upon Michael heading home with some grocery bags and tried to pick a fight with him. Scott ignored Michael's request to be left alone and persisted with his harassment. Micheal responded by dropping his groceries and sprinting away. Scott chased after Michael, continuously mocking and goading him as he searched. Micheal made no move to come out of hiding until Scott mocked and threatened his girlfriend. This threat of harm toward Kate is what sent Micheal over the edge. He promptly leaped out of the bushes and mauled Scott to death.
The following morning, his body was found by the authorities and Sam and Dean Winchester saw that his heart was missing. The coroner told them that it was found half-eaten a small distance away.
After Brian turned into a werewolf, Michael angrily told him that he remembered ripping Scott's heart from his chest and eating it. He said he remembered how Scott's dead eyes watched him and how delicious his heart had tasted.
