Sarah Blake was the daughter of an art gallery owner. She helped Sam and Dean destroy the cursed painting, risking her own life in the process - although she believed that she was probably in just as much danger living a 'quiet' life. She was attracted to Sam, a feeling that was reciprocated, but because of the boys' job, they couldn't stay together. At some point after that, she married a man, Ian, who works in search-and-rescue and had a child with him.
