Sally is a Vetala who lures the men that she and Marlene feed upon.
Background
She and her partner set up shop at a truck stop and capture men to fed upon there. She manages to trick Lee into following her where he is ambushed by Marlene. Sam later approaches her about the missing Lee five days later, and she knocks Sam out. Back at the base, Sally is about to fed on Lee when Sam provokes her and Sally decides to feed on Sam instead.
Then Dean arrives and hits Sally with a beam of wood and knocks her back. In order to save her partner's life, Sally takes Krissy hostage in order to disarm Dean. Sally is stabbed by Krissy with a sliver knife and dies.
