This unnamed woman was briefly used by the demon Ruby as a vessel.
Background[]
After Ruby was taken out of her blonde vessel and sent to Hell by Lilith, Lilith decided to bring her back shortly after so Ruby could continue manipulating Sam Winchester. Ruby took possession of this woman, and together with another demon, she ambushed Sam and retrieved her knife from him.
She lied to Sam that Lilith had pardoned her for working with the Winchesters in exchange for Ruby killing Sam. When Sam dared Ruby to do it, Ruby instead stabbed the other demon and urged Sam to flee the scene.
In the Impala, Ruby insisted Sam should reward her for saving his life with french fries. Sam disagreed, and when Ruby admitted she could not rescue Dean from Hell, Sam concluded that she was useless to him. Sam then asked who Ruby was possessing, and Ruby replied, "some secretary."
Sam ordered Ruby to leave her vessel or else he'd send her back to Hell. Ruby complied, and went onto possess a Jane Doe.
