Randy Baxter is one of the three owners of the MidWestern Brewery Company, the others are Jim McAnn and Dale Lampert, makers of Thighslapper Premium Ale.

Early Life[]
He had an affair with his secretary, who bore his child, a boy called Lee. However she forbade him to reveal to Lee that he was his father. Lee works at the Brewery as a janitor.
Season 7[]
The Shojo attacks Lee at the brewery, as part of Dale Lampert's revenge on Randy and Jim McAnn. She knocks out Garth and Sam, but Dean dispatches her with a samurai sword.
