Overview
Rachel was Sam's prom date. It was mentioned that Dean had slept with her on prom night.
After taking possession of Sam's body, Lucifer reveals that Rachel was among a handful of people from Sam's life possessed by demons, whom were ordered by Azazel to watch over him. Lucifer gives Sam the chance to get his revenge by killing Rachel and the others.
