Background
35 years ago, Peter Sweeney was bullied by two other boys, Bill Carlton and Jake Devenhal who were supossed to be his friends. They always bullied him because he was the smallest. One day they decided to hold his head under the water in 'Lake Manitoc'. Before they realized what they had done, it was too late and Peter accidentally drowned, though Bill and Jake didn't intend to kill him.
