Paul received an organ from Brick Holmes, and thus received a portion of Brick's consciousness and the conditions of his deal, and thus need to continue the sacrifices to Cacao. He answered to the summons of Randa Moreno, who received Brick's heart and attacked Sam and Dean. He died when Dean killed Randa.[1]
