Pathokinesis is the ability to change people's emotions. Holders of this power are only able to manipulate those who are within earshot, and / or within the field of distance. While developed persons can see or potentially hear someone, the developed person can use the power.

This power is seen in cupids. With pathokinesis, cupids can manipulate affection in humans, and cause selected people to fall in love with each other. John and Mary Winchester were an example of this, as the Angels needed Sam and Dean to be born. They use a Cupid's Bow to catalyze emotions and relationships among humans.

Lucifer was able to cause Sam to feel calm.

Amara can also influence human emotions, making them blissful.
