In There's Something About Mary, Paige overhears Sam and Dean's fake conversation about meeting a hunter who knows who is behind all the recent murders of hunters in the United States through the hidden wiretap in their bunker. Paige then informs Lady Toni Bevell about this after hearing their conversation.
In Who We Are, Arthur Ketch has Paige discreetly check on Mary Winchester's location. Paige eventually identifies it as Lebanon, Kansas, causing Arthur to storm off.
When Sam Winchester's assault team arrives at the British Men of Letters compound, Paige warns Doctor Hess. During the assault, Paige tries to run to safety and takes aim at Jerry Hollister. Jerry shoots her, killing Paige moments before he is killed by Doctor Hess.
