This unnamed Okami was from Japan and came to the United States due to Eve's influence.
Background[]
At a unknown point, this Okami left Japan for the United States due to Eve's influence. She eventually attracted the attention of hunter Rufus Turner, who stabbed her five times with a bamboo dagger blessed by a ShintÅ priest but failed to kill her. Thinking the creature was dead, Rufus carried her body to Bobby Singer's house and the two buried her, though she recovered at some point and escaped.
Sometimes after, FBI Agent Adams went to Bobby's auto junkyard and, along with Jody Mills, discovered that the Okami was no longer where he and Rufus had buried her body. Bobby told Agent Adams it was a gas explosion. Rufus then revealed to Bobby over the phone that he had stabbed her five times and not seven times because he thought it should be done five times. The Okami attempted to kill Bobbyâs neighbor, Marcy Ward, because she was her type of victim. Bobby barged into Marcyâs house and the Okami then attacked him while hiding on the ceiling. The ensuing fight spilled into Marcy's backyard, where he threw the monster into a woodchipper, grinding her to pieces and throwing her bloody remains at Marcy.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Super Strength - Åkami are strong enough to casually overpower normal humans and dig themselves out of the ground.
- Super Agility - Åkami are faster and more agile than normal humans, to the point where one was able to silently cling to ceiling rafters to hide.
- Invulnerability - Åkami are able to survive a shotgun blast, but are not invulnerable. It takes having to be stabbed seven times with a bamboo dagger blessed by a Shinto priest to kill them, or being thrown into a wood chipper.
- Regeneration - So long as they are not dismembered or stabbed seven times with a special dagger, Åkami will completely recover hours after being wounded.
- Fangs - Åkami have razor sharp fangs, which they use to devour their prey.
Wearknesses[]
- Bamboo Dagger Blessed by a Shinto Priest - It is been shown that there is a method to effectively kill okami, which consists of stabbing them seven times with this weapon.
- Dismemberment - Bobby made use of a woodchipper by shoving the okami into it to kill her. This also proved effective.
