Mind control is the power to force another being to do something by thought or command involuntarily, once ordered it is near impossible for the person to refuse. It is not the same as Memory Manipulation, which is the ability to change a person's memories.
Another aspect of it, is demon control, which allows the user to bend demons to their will.
Many cursed objects also possess forms of mind control and are able to force people to do things, most of which end up killing them.
