| “ | If anything were to happen to me, what of John, Millie? | ” |
Millie Winchester was the wife of Henry Winchester, a Man of Letters.[1] She is the mother of John Winchester and thus is the paternal grandmother of Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, and Adam Milligan. It is unclear what her relationship with her son and her grandsons is, as she is never mentioned by any of them.
Millie's name, and presumably a photo of her, on Lady Toni's cork board.
An alternate version of Millie appears in The Winchesters.

Trivia[]
- Adam Glass wanted to have Millie appear in an episode but could not figure out how.[2]
- Glass believed that the late Louise Fletcher would have been the right actress for the role of Millie.[2] As Fletcher is over 80 years old, this casting choice indicates that Millie's actress would have played an aged version of the character in the present day had an episode with her in it come to fruition.
- Glass claimed on Twitter that Millie ran a bed and breakfast in Maine, where she was known to whittle wooden key holders for local children, that her current whereabouts are unknown as she was last seen in 1989, and that she still has a warrant out for her arrest due to "an outstanding jay walking ticket" that has not been paid. However, given the tone, it is unclear if these were these meant to be sincere statements or jokes.[3][4]
- During In The Beginning, it is suggested she remarried after Henry disappeared, as John was told to "say hi to your old man for me" by a neighbor.
- It is unknown if she is aware of her third grandson.
