This unnamed wraith was once a part of a nest that was broken up by Bobby Singer and Mary Winchester.
History
During their last hunt together before Mary's death, Mary and the Apocalypse World Bobby Singer took down this wraith's nest. This wraith somehow managed to survive and escaped.
After Mary's death, the wraith attended her memorial, disguised as a hunter that was friends with Mary. Unlike the other hunters, the wraith did not raise a toast to Mary and simply stood in the back with his arms crossed, smirking. Also attending the memorial, Bobby recognized the wraith from the hunt he had taken with Mary and flung a hatchet into the wraith's head from the side, killing him.
As the wraith's body was dragged out by the shocked hunters, Bobby ordered them to retrieve his hatchet for him and explained to Sam, Dean and Castiel his and Mary's history with the wraith. Bobby guessed that the wraith had been present for the memorial to gloat about Mary's demise to Bobby's great anger. Castiel pointed out that Mary would've appreciated that she got a hunter's memorial complete with a monster, something that Bobby agreed with.
Powers and Abilities
As a wraith, he was a mildly powerful monster.
- Perception Altering - Like many monsters, wraiths can appear as humans. Their true form, however, can be revealed in a mirror, as you'll see that their faces are rotten.
- Insanity Inducement - It has been shown that wraiths possess an ability to infect people through physical contact, and make them psychologically unstable.
- Spikes - They have sharp retractable prongs on the back of each wrist. They use these to drain brain fluid and as a weapon. The spikes are quite brittle, and if broken cause the wraith great pain.
- Invulnerability - Wraiths cannot be killed by conventional means. They can only be killed by silver or severe head trauma.
- Super Strength - Wraiths are naturally stronger than humans, able to easily overpower them. However, they are not so strong that they cannot be beaten.
- Super Agility - Wraiths are incredibly agile.
- Regeneration - Wraith can grow back their skewers if they are broken off.
Weaknesses
He possessed all the regular weaknesses of a wraith.
- Extreme Brain Damage - The Apocalypse World Bobby Singer was able to kill this wraith by throwing a hatchet into his head.
