McGillicuddy was a British Men of Letters operative.

McGillicuddy was one of a handful of operatives sent to America to work at the British Men of Letters compound, acting as a guard to the entrance.

During the course of Project V, a project intent on wiping out all of America's vampires. One of the targeted nests was able to learn of the compound's location and they immediately went there. The vampires infiltrated the compound in retaliation against the hunters. McGillicuddy became one of the first victims killed during the raid.

His hand print was used by the vampires to unlock the main entrance. His death was witnessed by fellow operative Serena Colman, who was monitoring the surveillance.
