McG is the director of Hell Hazers II: The Reckoning.

Background[edit | edit source]

McG is first shown encouraging Tara Benchley to improve her screaming. Later on, when Tara does a real scream, McG praises her, unaware that she had just discovered Frank's dead body.

McG is approached by Brad, asking to make the movie brighter, even though McG explains that it's a horror movie.

While Tara is rehearsing a scene again, she breaks character half-way through because she cannot read the Latin text, and proclaims how much she hates them all. McG yells "Cut!" and the crew proceed to laugh. After completing another scene, Brad approaches McG again to ask questions about the script. McG is clearly annoyed when Brad starts complaining about the illogical plot. Marty, the writer, offers to put in an explainer, but Brad is not amused.

During another filming, McG and the crew are left horrified when Brad's body comes crashing through the ceiling, hanging from a noose. Despite the incident, the crew continue to film. Tara again struggles with her lines because she doesn't believe ghosts can be afraid of salt. Marty's suggestions prove unhelpful and Walter just calls the crew idiots.

By the end of the day, Jay approaches McG to shake hands with him and commemorate him on his successful work. When Jay himself ends up dead, McG is told to pause production for a few days. He tells the crew - plus Sam and Dean - about this with much dismay.

Once the problem has been sorted, McG and his team go back to filming. He appears to enjoy the recent results as he looks on, ecstatic.
