Marlene was a Vetala disguised as a waitress at a truck stop. She worked with Sally to capture their prey.

Background

Lee Chambers, a hunter, pursued what he thought was a lone Vetala. After Marlene drugged Lee, she and Sally took him to their hideout to feed on him. When Sam arrived at the truck stop, Sally lured him back between the trucks, and then she and Marlene overpowered him.

When Dean arrived to rescue Sam and Lee, he knocked down Marlene, but Sally managed to grab Krissy Chambers who had followed Dean. However, Krissy managed to stab and kill Sally with a silver knife. Krissy freed Sam, and handed him her knife which he used to kill Marlene.
