Marie McAnn is the daughter Jim McAnn one of the founders of the MidWestern Brewery Company, makers of Thighslapper Premium Ale. She is a manager at the brewery.

Season 7[]
Marie's sister, Lillian, and brothers Trevor and Ray are killed by the Shojo released by Dale Lampert. Dean Winchester questions her on information for the case and she tells him about Dale. She tells him about how her dad blames himself for Dale's death and how Dale's wife is suing them.
The deaths of her sister and brothers are later avenged by Dean Winchester when he kills the Shōjō with a katana.
