Margaret Fox was a resident of Lily Dale and sister to Kate Fox. Margaret did posseses the gift, however was never known or got attention for it, and instead helped her sister during her life.
Background
Thanks to Jimmy Tomorrow, Margaret was brought back as a Ghost and was put on a figurative leash. Although, Margaret wasn't angry about it, and enjoyed the killings Jimmy had her do. Following Jimmy's orders she killed Grandma Goldy, and others. While she was doing this, her sister Kate attempted to warn the people, but to no luck. When it was revealed to be Margaret killing Sam goes after her bones which were located in Jimmy's bed. Sam burns the bones before Margaret can kill Melanie Golden.
