Overview
After arriving in the town of New Harmony, Indiana for vacation the demon Lilith had this demon and several other demons possess residents of the town. This demon chose to possess a mailman.
After arriving in town to kill Lilith, hunters Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, and Bobby Singer hide in a abandoned house in the neighborhood and do recon before attempting to kill Lilith. Dean shows them that Tom Wepram and the mailman are demons.
While the demon is looking over the mail he hears a noise. When he looks at where it came from and he sees Dean. The demon chases after him and when Dean turns to the corner of the house Sam comes up in front of the demon and kills him with the Demon-Killing Knife. Dean covers the demon's mouth to prevent its screams from being heard.
