Luis Fernando was a driver that became The Harvester's victim.
History[]
Nothing much is known about him. The only known thing about him was that he had a family prior his death. At some point prior to Wendy Hanscum's disappearance, he went missing close to Oshkosh, Nebraska.
Season 13[]
He fell victim to Terrance Clegg and The Harvester. He was later shown in a broadcast for a human flesh auction run by them. He was killed by The Harvester on-screen and was presumably dismembered before his body was disposed of.
Some of his flesh was still left on The Harvester's table in the same room where Wendy Hanscum was suspended.
