Lot's Stone, also referred to as Lot's Salt, is a heavenly weapon that Virgil guarded.
History[]
In The Third Man, Balthazar used the Lot's Stone in order to save Castiel from Raphael, therefore turning his vessel into salt.
Powers[]
- Salt Transmutation - It can turn a human being into a pile of salt and disintegrate it beyond repair. It can kill angels but not archangels on its own, but Castiel was going to use all the weapons to destroy Raphael.
- Invisibility - When Castiel had all the weapons on his person, no one could see them but Raphael was able to feel his enhanced power.

Lot was forewarned by angels of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah to leave without looking at the city. His wife was reluctant to leave behind the life they had built there and all their possessions, and when they tardied, the angels had to physically grab the family by the hand and lead them out of Sodom so they could escape in time. As he and his family fled the destruction, his wife looked back in longing despite the angels telling them not to, and she was turned into a pillar of salt.
