Lizard People refers to lizard-like beings that can disguise as humans. It's unknown if they're peaceful or malicious.

There is no such thing called "Lizard People". The "Lizard people" is a conspiracy theory that many well-known public figures are, in fact, lizard people in disguise. These species, in conspiracy theory, aimed for global domination.
In conspiracy theory, Lizard people are cold-blooded humanoid reptilians who have the power to shape-shift into human form. It was theorized by David Icke, a so called "new-age philosopher" and one of the most prominent theorists in the lizard people game. According to him, these creatures have had their claws in humankind since ancient time, and world leaders like Queen Elizabeth, George W. Bush, the Clintons, and Bob Hope are all lizard people. In addition, his book The Biggest Secret, is considered an important tome in lizard people theory.
