Lillian McAnn was a daughter of Jim McAnn, one of the founders of the Midwestern Brewery Company, makers of Thighslapper Premium Ale.

When Trevor and Ray end up dead, Lillian falls into despair. At home, she pours orange juice for her daughter and vodka for herself, but Tess accidentally drinks the vodka. Her drunken daughter then witnesses a Shōjō, which had killed her uncles, kill Lillian as well. Her death and the deaths of her two brothers are later avenged by Dean Winchester when he kills the Shōjō with a katana.
