Larry Pike is the developer who accidentally builds a home development on cursed lands.
Background
Larry was the developer for Oasis Plains development. He has a wife (Joanie) and a son, Matt. Although, he and his son aren't on the greatest terms. After a few people were killed in Oasis Plains he still did not want to move his family. When Sam and Dean try to get his son to lie to him to get them to leave, he is furious.
Until that night he notices a swarm of bugs heading his way. So now believing the boys, they head inside and begin to seal themselves in. The bugs eventually break through, but they manage to survive the night. Then the next day he decided to move his family to a safer place, after witnessing the curse himself. On a more positive note, he and his son make amends and get along much better than they did before.
