Lance was a manager at the Biggerson's restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. When Castiel teleported to a different Biggerson's location in an attempt to keep the Angel Tablet hidden from Naomi and her angels, a waiter, Perry, called Lance over to see what had happened, but he thought the waiter was on drugs. Naomi then had her angels kill all the humans in the Biggerson's to draw Castiel out of hiding.
