Karen Walker was the sister of Amanda Walker.
Background[]
Five minutes before she was due to start her job as a flight attendant for flight 424 in November of 2005, Amanda spoke with Karen who told her she was studying for her finals.
When Sam and Dean Winchester attempted to stop Amanda from getting on the flight, Dean claimed that Karen had been involved in a car accident but that she was fine and resting in the hospital before Amanda admitted she had spoken with her sister on the phone.[1]
