Karen Giles was married to a lawyer named Tony who died one night before Karen. They both claimed to have seen a ghost. Karen saw the ghost, ran to her room, locked the door and called 911. But her throat was slashed by Peter Sheridan because she was suspected to hold important information that Tony had given her.
