At an unknown point in time this man was taken as a vessel by the Grigori Kabaiel.
After Jack started hunting down the surviving Grigori on Billie's orders, he was captured by Kabaiel and tortured. Eventually, Jack was rescued by Castiel who killed both Kabaiel and his vessel with an angel blade.
