Judas Iscariot was one of the Twelve Apostles Jesus Christ

History

As one of original Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ, he had strong relationship with him. However, he betrayed him for 30 shekels. The reason of betrayal was not stated clearly.

However, he was burdened by his action. Unable to bear heavy burden in his mind, he committed suicide by hanging. His noose later become Judas's Noose and procured by demons.

He went to Hell after death and returned again as a demon. As a demon, it is unknown what is his hierarchy in Hell, however, he became a sort of supernatural collector and employed several demonic-like spirits as his collectors. His noose later returned to him at certain point and was became his possession, until at an unknown point an unknown Lousiana white witch, the common ancestor of McClane family and Daniels family, procured it by unknown means and sealed it in a demon-proofed room under town's First Pentecostal Church. At least, one of his descendant that later become Daniel family ancestor was sworn to protect it.

Another descendant of the witch, Tommy McClane later tempted by its power and become corrupted. Using his magic and allied by demons during the course of the Apocalypse, he enabled himself to be possessed by one of high ranking Lucifer loyalist demon, ensuring the noose to be used for accelerating preparation of Sam as Lucifer's vessel.

Supernatural: The Unholy Cause

At some point, after pinpoint Tommy McClane and other Lucfer loyalists location in Mission's Ridge, Georgia, he came to the town and strolling along the hillside, and observing the chaos that brewed in the town from afar and chose to not take part or intervene with it. He was possessing an unnamed Civil War general re-enactor.

Here, he encountered by Castiel. They later conversed each other. Despite Judas manner, Castiel can sense his burden that he carry on eternally. Judas later asked him to return to the town and assist Sam, Dean and others. Prior separated and departing, Judas said to Castiel to not being stranger.

His further fate is unknown after the encounter.

Judas Iscariot was a disciple and one of the original Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ. According to all four canonical gospels, Judas betrayed Jesus to the Sanhedrin in the Garden of Gethsemane by kissing him and addressing him as "Rabbi" to reveal his identity to the crowd who had come to arrest him.
