Season 6[]
Johnny worked at the Salzman & Sons factory. When Sam Winchester interviewed the factory workers, Johnny seemed very nervous, so Sam followed him and was there in time to stop the ghost of Rose Brown when she tried to kill him.
Johnny then confessed to Sam that he and some workmates bullied Rose by leading her to believe she had a secret admirer at the factory. When she arrived at an apartment for a supposed date, they revealed the prank, and as she tries to leave, his coworker Steve grabbed her and she fell, hitting her head on a coffee table and died.
Sam found out where they buried the body and headed off to salt and burn Rose's corpse. He called Johnny, telling him the haunting is over, but he was mistaken. That night Johnny returned to his apartment and explained to his Real Doll that he was going to leave town, but she became animated by Rose's ghost and killed him.
