Joe Silver was the older brother of Ryan Silver, the first perfected Jefferson Starship. Joe was the first victim and the first Jefferson Starship to be turned by Ryan.
Season 6
Joe was orphaned and captured by Eve's Jefferson Starships. After being saved by Sam and Dean Winchester, Joe underwent several tests to prove his humanity. After passing the series of test, Joe and his brother Ryan were taken by the hunters to their uncle. However, unbeknownst to everyone, Ryan was actually turned by Eve into the perfected form of the Jefferson Starship. After the hunters left, Joe was bit by his brother in his neck. Just minutes after, Joe was turned into a Jefferson Starship. He then aided his brother in attacking and turning their uncle.
Joe's death
Before Joe and his brother managed to turn the whole town, Crowley and his demons arrived and killed the two.

Joe had all the powers of a perfect Jefferson Starship.
- Super strength - He had the strength to take down his full-grown uncle.
- Invulnerability - He can only be killed by decapitation with a silver knife.
- Super speed - Once turned, he moved at an incredible speed.
