Jimmy Anderson was one of the two men that Martin Robinson called to help dispose of the body of Cyrus Dorian in 1963.

In 2006, Jimmy Anderson had become an editor for a newspaper in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He worked closely with his friend Martin's daughter Cassie. After the mysterious deaths of both Clayton Solmes and Martin Robinson on the same stretch of road in the last two weeks, Jimmy along with Cassie calls on Mayor Harold Todd to close down the road. Todd refuses, saying that Jimmy and Cassie are "too close to this."
Later that night, Jimmy is attacked by Cyrius Dorian - in the form of a truck - and killed. Although there were no traces of a vehicle, Jimmy's body showed signs of someone who had been run over.
